SOLD!

Since we bought our 1st house 5 1/2 years ago our family has doubled in size and along with 2 precious girls has come more toys and little girl clothes than any little one could possibly need! Ryan and I had been talking about looking for something a little bigger for a while and finally decided to take the plunge last August and put our house on the market. After 6 LONG months on the market we finally received an offer and had a contract on our house! So last weekend we moved into a rental house and closed on our house Tuesday! YAY!

I'm not going to lie, Ryan and I were both a little sentimental walking through our empty house Monday night remembering all of the good times we've had and hard work we've put into that little house! God blessed our family and our home there and we are looking forward to using our new home for His glory!

Speaking of our new home, we finally found a house under construction that was exactly what we were looking for but it already had a contract on it. After talking to the builder, we decided to have him build one just like it for us! It should be ready in July and we are super excited!

The framing is under way!

Last Saturday after spending all day moving the rest of our stuff, Ryan told me he wanted to do something fun (Gram, Pop and Aunt Callie had the girls) so we grabbed a BBQ sandwich and tailgated at our future house while watching the sun go down! It was fun walking around and dreaming about our new place; there's no one else I'd rather dream with! : )

I'm am really hoping to get back into blogging since I don't have to keep a house spotless for showings anymore so check back again soon!
