Thanksgiving, Grandpop's Birthday & more

So maybe I'll actually finish this post tonight since I've been working on it for um...3 days now!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving spending time with family and friends! We had a great day on Thursday with Ryan's family. I love seeing his grandparents with Kinsey. They make the biggest fuss over her! I'm just so thankful that they are still here with us and can enjoy her and watch her grow!

Friday was Grandpop's birthday and we actually got to spend the day with him which was nice! Hope you had a great day! We love you lots and appreciate all you do for us!

Kinsey is getting so big and so much more alert! I can't wait to go back to the doctor in a few weeks to find out how much she weighs now! We both have a cold so that hasn't been much fun. She's not been sleeping as well because she gets stopped up and can't breathe so she's been waking up several times during the night. I'm used to her just waking up once so it's been an adjustment for me! I'll be glad when she gets over this. I guess that's all for now. Have a great week!

Where had the time gone?? Kinsey turned a month old on Monday! It seems she's growing by the minute! I know she's over 10 lbs now and about a foot longer than when she was born! Lately she's given us a few smiles while on her changing table and we've managed to catch a few on camera. Hope you enjoy!

Catching up...

So it's been a while since I've been able to blog...I guess you can say Kinsey's been keeping me pretty busy these days! I'm amazed at how fast the day goes by and how I seem to get nothing accomplished except taking care of her. At least I have my priorities straight, right? I mean who needs clean clothes to wear anyway : )

Last Friday we took Kinsey on her first road trip to meet all of her GA family. She did great on the 8 hour trip and slept most of the way. We really enjoyed seeing all of our friends and family and showing off our sweet baby girl. We also got to meet cousin Brecken, who is absolutely adorable and seems so tiny compared to almost 10 lb Kinsey! What can I say our girl likes to eat! We had such a great time and look forward to visiting again soon!

Today Kinsey is 4 weeks old and I can't believe how fast the time has gone! She's such a sweet baby and is really easy going. She is eating well, obviously, and sleeping well at night, usually
5-6 hours which makes it easy on me. She's truly a blessing and we just couldn't imagine life without her now!
